Schools and organisation we are current working with to create more sporting opportunities for young people
We at Mill Dam are fully inclusive. We work together to ensure everyone has a chance to achieve to the best of their ability and potential.
We feel passionately about the education of our youngest children and understand that achievement and enjoyment go hand in hand to ensure each child’s success. It is our goal to ensure that every child at Crofton Infants School reaches their full potential and leaves the school happy, confident and ready for the rest of their educational journey.
Crofton Junior School is a semi-rural school, situated approximately 3 miles from Wakefield City centre. It is one of four schools in this large village. We are a two form entry school and there are currently 237 pupils on roll, of which a large proportion travel from outside the catchment.
We have dedicated, professional staff who are committed to offering your child a successful and happy time at school. Lessons are planned to give children the chance to be curious, reflective and take risks. This allows them to develop resilience
Normanton Common is a popular one and a half form entry school serving the families of the Normanton community. Our vision is a simple one – every child who attends our school can expect and will receive an excellent standard of education, one that enables them to shine as individuals, make a positive contribution and reach their full potential.
We are a primary academy of local children ranging from 7 to 11 years of age. We believe that all children should be given the opportunity to achieve their best within a safe and caring school environment.
Sharlston Community School is a good school. We are a happy and hard working community and believe every child should be given the life chances they deserve and have the chance to shine and enjoy success. Our caring staff provide support along with great teaching which challenges children and shows them what they can achieve. Here at Sharlston there is always lots going on, as we believe children learn best when they are excited and engaged.
We place a great deal of importance on our partnership with parents and carers and believe that our children learn best when we work together. We believe it is important to build relationships with you, involving you in your child's education and development, supporting each other to ensure each child achieves their full potential.
Our number one aim for our Southdale family, is that we shine like stars in the universe in everything we do – we refer to this as the ‘Southdale Sparkle’. We like a challenge, never give up easily and have the highest expectations of ourselves and others. Our Christian values underpin the life of our school.
St. Mary’s C.E (VA) Primary School serves its families and its community by providing a broad education of the highest quality. We encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith and promote the Christian values
At Walton Primary Academy we aim to provide all our learners with endless possibilities and a deep self-belief. We will facilitate opportunities and spark the imagination, making learning inspirational and relevant to the needs of every individual
